In the case where a sales representative who was registered before the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 62, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act has come to fall under Article 64-3, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act before the effective date, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 64-3, paragraph (1) of the New Securities and Exchange Act, the phrase "two years" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "six months".
