附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 45 of the Penal Code as amended by this Act also apply to multiple crimes in the case where, before this Act comes into effect, a judicial decision imposing a fine or a lesser punishment, or remitting the punishment, for one of those crimes has become final and binding; provided, however, that if all of those multiple crimes were committed before this Act comes into effect, and applying the provisions of that Article as amended would be more disadvantageous to the offender than applying the provisions of that Article prior to the amendment, the provisions of that Article prior to the amendment apply to those multiple crimes.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not preclude the provisions then in force from continuing to govern the execution of a judicial decision that became final and binding before this Act comes into effect.
前項の規定は、この法律の施行前に確定した裁判の執行につき従前の例によることを妨げるものではない。
