Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
With regard to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前の行為については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Fine and Others (Act No. 251 of 1948) are to apply also to the fines prescribed for the crimes under Article 105-2, paragraph (2) of Article 198 and paragraph (1) of Article 208-2 of the Penal Code as amended by this Act.
罰金等臨時措置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百五十一号）第三条第一項の規定は、この法律による改正後の刑法第百五条ノ二、第百九十八条第二項及び第二百八条ノ二第一項の罪につき定めた罰金についても、適用されるものとする。
