Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から、これを施行する。
The provisions amending paragraph (2) of Article 26 do not apply in the case where a person who has been granted a suspended execution of the sentence commits another crime before this Act comes into effect.
第二十六条第二項の改正規定は、刑の執行猶予の言渡を受けた者がこの法律施行前に更に罪を犯した場合については、これを適用しない。
The provisions amending Article 34-2 also apply to a person who was sentenced to punishment or sentenced to a remitted punishment before this Act comes into effect.
第三十四条ノ二の改正規定は、この法律施行前に刑の言渡又は刑の免除の言渡を受けた者にもこれを適用する。
With regard to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding the provisions amending Article 55, paragraph (2) of Article 208, the second sentence of Article 211, Article 244 and Article 257 of the Penal Code, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律施行前の行為については、刑法第五十五条、第二百八条第二項、第二百十一条後段、第二百四十四条及び第二百五十七条の改正規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
