第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2027; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision, in Article 1, adding one Article after Article 7-2 of the Health Insurance Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 7-29 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 160, paragraph (3), item (iii) and paragraph (5), and Article 160-3 of that Act, the provision amending Article 5-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provision making Article 5-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act Article 5-9 and adding five Articles after Article 5-3 of the Supplementary Provisions; the provision, in Article 3, amending Article 76, paragraph (6) of the Mariners Insurance Act; the provisions, in Article 8, amending the proviso to Article 20 and Article 22 of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People; and the provisions of the following Article through Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions and Articles 16 and 38 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第一条中健康保険法第七条の二の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第七条の二十九の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同法第百六十条第三項第三号及び第五項並びに第百六十条の三の改正規定並びに同法附則第五条の三の改正規定及び同法附則第五条の四を附則第五条の九とし、附則第五条の三の次に五条を加える改正規定、第三条中船員保険法第七十六条第六項の改正規定並びに第八条中高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第二十条ただし書及び第二十二条の改正規定並びに次条から附則第十条まで並びに附則第十六条及び第三十八条の規定 公布の日
検討
政府は、この法律の公布後において、持続可能な医療保険制度を実現する観点から、社会経済情勢の変化及び社会の要請に対応し、必要な保険給付等の適切な実施並びに世代間及び世代内の負担の公平性の確保を図るための更なる改革について速やかに検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
