第百一条の四十七（法第六十一条の十二第六項第二号の厚生労働省令で定める率）
Article 101-47Rate Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-12, Paragraph (6), Item (ii) of the Act
The rate specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-12, paragraph (6), item (ii) of the Act is the rate obtained by dividing the amount obtained by deducting the total amount of the amounts set out in items (ii) and (iii) from the amount set out in item (i) by the amount set out in item (ii):
法第六十一条の十二第六項第二号の厚生労働省令で定める率は、第一号に掲げる額から第二号及び第三号に掲げる額の合計額を減じた額を第二号に掲げる額で除して得た率とする。

法第六十一条の十二第六項に規定する育児時短就業開始時賃金日額に三十を乗じて得た額（第三号において「育児時短就業開始時賃金月額」という。）
わかりやすく言うと
育児時短就業開始時賃金日額、つまり育児時短就業を始めた日の前日を離職の日とみなして雇用保険法第十七条により計算した賃金日額（育児休業給付金などに続けて始めた場合は休業開始時賃金日額）に、三十を掛けた額のことです。
