The provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to a person who, before the enforcement of this Act, delivered a limited safety standards conformity certificate to a client pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-5-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Road Transport Vehicle Act. In this case, the phrase "Article 7, paragraph (1) or Article 59, paragraph (1)" in Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Article 7, paragraph (1), Article 59, paragraph (1) or Article 62, paragraph (1)", the phrase "that completion inspection certificate" with "that limited safety standards conformity certificate", and the phrase "Article 75, paragraph (5)" with "Article 94-5, paragraph (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 94-5-2, paragraph (2)".
