第三条
A person who, at the time of enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending Article 36-2 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act; the same applies hereinafter), already holds the permission under Article 36-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Road Transport Vehicle Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "former permission") is deemed to be a person who received the permission under Article 36-2, paragraph (1) of the New Road Transport Vehicle Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "new permission") on the date specified by Cabinet Order referred to in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Partial Effective Date"). In this case, the validity period of the new permission relating to a person deemed to have received that new permission is to be the same as the longest remaining period among the remaining periods of the validity periods of the former permissions relating to that person on the Partial Effective Date.
A person who, at the time of enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, has already applied for the permission under Article 36-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Road Transport Vehicle Act (excluding a person specified by an Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) is deemed to have applied for the permission under Article 36-2, paragraph (1) of the New Road Transport Vehicle Act on the Partial Effective Date.
A delivery operation permit that, at the time of enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, has already been issued under Article 36-2, paragraph (3) of the Former Road Transport Vehicle Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "former delivery operation permit") and a delivery operation permit number plate that has already been lent are deemed to be a delivery operation permit issued under Article 36-2, paragraph (3) of the New Road Transport Vehicle Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "new delivery operation permit") and a delivery operation permit number plate lent thereunder. In this case, the validity period of the former delivery operation permit that is deemed to be the new delivery operation permit is to be the same as the remaining period of the validity period of that former delivery operation permit on the Partial Effective Date.
