第七条
With regard to a motor vehicle manufacturer, etc. that received a recommendation under the provisions of Article 63-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act before the day on which the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 63-2 (excluding the part pertaining to device manufacturers, etc.) come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第六十三条の二に一項を加える改正規定（装置製作者等に係る部分を除く。）の施行の日前に旧法第六十三条の二第一項の規定による勧告を受けた自動車製作者等については、なお従前の例による。
