Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The provisions of Article 80, paragraph (1), item (iv), (a) of the New Act apply to a person who has been sentenced, on or after the Effective Date, to the penalty prescribed in (a) of that item, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a person who, before the Effective Date, was sentenced to the penalty prescribed in Article 80, paragraph (1), item (iii), (a) of the Former Act.
新法第八十条第一項第四号イの規定は、施行日以後に同号イに規定する刑に処せられた者について適用し、施行日前に旧法第八十条第一項第三号イに規定する刑に処せられた者については、なお従前の例による。
