第四条
The provisions of Article 61, paragraph (2) of the New Act apply to a motor vehicle that, on or after the Effective Date, has first received the issuance of a motor vehicle inspection certificate under the provisions of Article 60, paragraph (1) or Article 71, paragraph (4) of the New Act.
