Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions and Other Matters
第六条（罰則等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to conduct engaged in before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in items (ii) and (iii) of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, those respective provisions) comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
