第二条（調整規定）
If the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Road Transport Vehicle Act (Act No. 14 of 2019) come into effect is after the date on which this Act comes into effect, with regard to the application of Article 75-12, paragraph (3) of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment by Article 2 during the period until the day before the date on which the provisions set forth in that item come into effect, the phrase "motor vehicle inspection certificate record information" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "motor vehicle inspection certificate", the phrase "Article 58, paragraph (2)" with "Article 60, paragraph (1)", and the phrase "a document stating" with "a copy of".
道路運送車両法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第十四号）附則第一条第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日がこの法律の施行の日後となる場合には、同号に掲げる規定の施行の日の前日までの間における第二条の規定による改正後の道路交通法第七十五条の十二第三項の規定の適用については、同項中「自動車検査証記録事項」とあるのは「自動車検査証」と、「第五十八条第二項」とあるのは「第六十条第一項」と、「が記載された書面」とあるのは「の写し」とする。
