第六条
To apply Article 90-2 of the New Act, a person who is deemed to have passed a driver's license test for a driver's license as referred to in Article 2, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions pursuant to the preceding Article is deemed to be a person seeking to obtain an S-MVL.
To apply Article 90-2 of the New Act, a person who is deemed to have passed a driver's license test for a driver's license referred to in Article 2, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions pursuant to the preceding Article is deemed to be a person seeking to obtain a class 2 S-MVL.
