第五条（自転車運転者講習の受講命令に関する経過措置）
Article 108-3-4 of the New Act applies to a person who, when riding a bicycle, has repeatedly engaged in dangerous conduct as prescribed in Article 108-3-4 of the New Act after the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into force.
新法第百八条の三の四の規定は、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に自転車の運転に関し新法第百八条の三の四に規定する危険行為を反復してした者について適用する。
