第三条
Notwithstanding Article 90-2 of the New Act, prior laws continue to govern a person who has passed a driver's license test for a class 2 L-MVL or class 2 S-MVL by the time this Act comes into force.
この法律の施行の際現に大型自動車第二種免許又は普通自動車第二種免許に係る運転免許試験に合格している者については、新法第九十条の二の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
Notwithstanding Article 96-2 and Article 97, paragraph (2) of the New Act, if a person has applied for a class 2 L-MVL or class 2 S-MVL pursuant to the Former Act by the time this Act comes into force, prior laws continue to govern the person's eligibility to take the driver's license test that the person has applied to take (other than test eligibility in connection with Article 96, paragraph (1) of the Former Act) and to govern how the driver's license test covering the point set forth in Article 97, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the New Act is administered to that person.
この法律の施行の際現に旧法の規定により大型自動車第二種免許又は普通自動車第二種免許の申請をしている者の当該申請に係る運転免許試験の受験資格（旧法第九十六条第一項に係るものを除く。）及びその者に対して新法第九十七条第一項第二号に掲げる事項について行う当該免許の運転免許試験の方法については、新法第九十六条の二及び第九十七条第二項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
