To apply Article 100-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act to a person who, at time this Act comes into force, holds a motorcycle license as referred to in the Former Act that is deemed to be a large motorcycle license pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "(hereinafter referred to as a 'vehicle the person is licensed to drive')" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "with regard to the license which is deemed to be the large motorcycle license pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Road Traffic Act (Act No. 74 of 1995; hereinafter referred to as the 'Amending Act'), the large motor vehicles and standard motor vehicles; hereinafter referred to as a 'vehicle the person is licensed to drive')", and the phrase "including licenses that Cabinet Order prescribes" in item (ii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "including licenses that Cabinet Order prescribes, and with regard to a license that is deemed to be a large motorcycle license pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act, including a license which is deemed to be a standard motorcycle license pursuant to that paragraph".
