Supplementary Provisions, Article 10
第十条
Beyond as prescribed in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions through the preceding Article, if there are corresponding provisions in the New Act, a measure, procedure, or other action undertaken pursuant to Article 99 of the Former Act or pursuant to an order based on the same is deemed to have been undertaken pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Act.
附則第五条から前条までに規定するもののほか、旧法第九十九条又はこれに基づく命令の規定によりした処分、手続その他の行為は、新法中相当する規定がある場合には、新法の相当規定によりしたものとみなす。
