第九条（外国人住民についての本人確認情報の利用等に関する規定の適用の特例）
With regard to a foreign resident, the provisions of Article 12-4, Article 24-2 and Chapter IV-2 of the new Act, and the provisions of Article 30-45 of the new Act (limited to the part pertaining to Article 7, item (xiii) of the new Act), do not apply until the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the item (i) effective date.
