第六条
With regard to the certificate of residence set forth in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, or the certificate of residence pertaining to a foreign resident who is subject to the application of the provisions of the preceding Article, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 30-45 of the new Act, the item (i) effective date is to be entered in place of the date on which the person became a foreign resident (meaning the date on which the person became a foreign resident prescribed in that Article).
