第九条（検討）
Around three years after this Act comes into effect, the Government is to review the measures for responding to sexual crimes in a manner that reflects the actual circumstances of cases involving them, taking into account the actual state of the harm caused by sexual crimes, the status of implementation of the provisions as amended by this Act and other factors, and, if it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results of the review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、性犯罪における被害の実情、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況等を勘案し、性犯罪に係る事案の実態に即した対処を行うための施策の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
