Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (i)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the portion relating to item (i)) (referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act" in the following paragraph) apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 36-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a month in or after October 2026, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of that disability basic pension for a month in or before September of that year.
第一条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（次項において「新国民年金法施行令」という。）第六条の二第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、令和八年十月以後の月分の国民年金法第三十六条の三第一項の規定による障害基礎年金の支給停止について適用し、同年九月以前の月分の当該障害基礎年金の支給停止については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 6-12, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (i)) of the New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act apply to the exemption from National Pension premiums in the case where the month for which payment of the premium is to be treated as not required is a month after the month in fiscal year 2026 specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 90, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "reference month"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the exemption from the premium in the case where the month for which payment of the premium is to be treated as not required is on or before the reference month.
新国民年金法施行令第六条の十二第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、国民年金の保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が令和八年度における国民年金法第九十条第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める月（以下この項において「基準月」という。）の翌月以後である場合における当該保険料の免除について適用し、当該保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が基準月以前である場合における当該保険料の免除については、なお従前の例による。
