Article 6-4-3Amount to Be Made Up for by the Child and Child-rearing Support Contribution
第六条の四の三（子ども・子育て支援納付金により補塡する額）
The amount to be made up for by the child and child-rearing support contribution collected by the government pursuant to the provisions of Article 88-3, paragraph (3) of the Act is the amount equivalent to the premiums that are not required to be paid under the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of that Article.
法第八十八条の三第三項の規定により政府が徴収する子ども・子育て支援納付金により補塡する額は、同条第一項又は第二項の規定により納付することを要しないものとされた保険料に相当する額とする。
