第十四条の八（法附則第九条の四の二第三項の政令で定める規定）
The provisions specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are Article 9-4-9, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Support Securing Income in Old Age through the National Pension and Corporate Pensions, etc. (Act No. 93 of 2011; referred to as the "2011 Pension Security Support Act" in Article 14-23, item (ii)), and Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2014 Amendment Act.
法附則第九条の四の二第三項に規定する政令で定める規定は、法附則第九条の四の九第三項、国民年金及び企業年金等による高齢期における所得の確保を支援するための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第九十三号。第十四条の二十三第二号において「平成二十三年年金確保支援法」という。）附則第二条第一項及び平成二十六年改正法附則第十条第一項とする。
