Article 14-2Persons Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 9-3-2, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第十四条の二（法附則第九条の三の二第一項の政令で定める者）
The persons specified by Cabinet Order as equivalent to a person falling under the proviso to Article 26 of the Act prescribed in Article 9-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are persons prescribed in Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act who have not satisfied the period that is the eligibility requirement for the old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension under the former Act.
法附則第九条の三の二第一項に規定する法第二十六条ただし書に該当する者に準ずるものとして政令で定めるものは、昭和六十年改正法附則第三十一条第一項に規定する者であつて、旧法による老齢年金又は通算老齢年金の受給資格要件たる期間を満たしていないものとする。
