第十四条の十（法附則第九条の四の三第五項に規定する特定保険料の納付手続等）
An insured person or a person who was an insured person who intends to obtain approval for payment of the specified premium under Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act must submit a written application for payment of the specified premium to the Japan Pension Service.
法附則第九条の四の三第一項の規定により特定保険料の納付の承認を受けようとする被保険者又は被保険者であつた者は、特定保険料納付申込書を機構に提出しなければならない。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, the procedures for payment of the specified premium and other matters necessary for payment of the specified premium are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
