Article 11-8Educational Institutions Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 109-2-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第十一条の八（法第百九条の二の二第一項の政令で定める教育施設）
The educational institutions specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 109-2-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第百九条の二の二第一項に規定する政令で定める教育施設は、次のとおりとする。
a junior high school prescribed in Article 45 of the School Education Act (limited to one that provides classes at night or at other special times);
学校教育法第四十五条に規定する中学校（夜間その他特別の時間において授業を行うものに限る。）
a high school prescribed in Article 50 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第五十条に規定する高等学校
a secondary education school prescribed in Article 63 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第六十三条に規定する中等教育学校
a special needs education school prescribed in Article 72 of the School Education Act (limited to the high school course prescribed in Article 76, paragraph (2) of that Act);
学校教育法第七十二条に規定する特別支援学校（同法第七十六条第二項に規定する高等部に限る。）
a university prescribed in Article 83 of the School Education Act (including a graduate school prescribed in Article 97 of that Act);
学校教育法第八十三条に規定する大学（同法第九十七条に規定する大学院を含む。）
a junior college prescribed in Article 108, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百八条第二項に規定する短期大学
a college of technology prescribed in Article 115 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百十五条に規定する高等専門学校
a specialized training college prescribed in Article 124 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百二十四条に規定する専修学校
a miscellaneous school prescribed in Article 134, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act (limited to one having a course with a course term of one year or more); and
学校教育法第百三十四条第一項に規定する各種学校（修業年限が一年以上である課程を有するものに限る。）
an educational institution specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as equivalent to the educational institutions listed in the preceding items.
前各号に掲げる教育施設に準ずるものとして厚生労働省令で定める教育施設
