Article 11-7Juridical Persons Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 109-2-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第十一条の七（法第百九条の二の二第一項の政令で定める法人）
The juridical persons specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 109-2-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第百九条の二の二第一項に規定する政令で定める法人は、次のとおりとする。
A national university corporation prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the National University Corporation Act (Act No. 112 of 2003) and the Independent Administrative Agency Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Japan;
国立大学法人法（平成十五年法律第百十二号）第二条第一項に規定する国立大学法人及び独立行政法人国立高等専門学校機構
A public university corporation prescribed in Article 68, paragraph (1) of the Local Independent Administrative Agency Act (Act No. 118 of 2003);
地方独立行政法人法（平成十五年法律第百十八号）第六十八条第一項に規定する公立大学法人
A school corporation prescribed in Article 3 of the Private Schools Act (Act No. 270 of 1949) (including a juridical person established under Article 152, paragraph (5) of that Act);
私立学校法（昭和二十四年法律第二百七十号）第三条に規定する学校法人（同法第百五十二条第五項の規定により設立された法人を含む。）
A school establishment company prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (2) of the Act on Special Districts for Structural Reform (Act No. 189 of 2002) and a school establishment non-profit juridical person prescribed in Article 13, paragraph (2) of that Act;
構造改革特別区域法（平成十四年法律第百八十九号）第十二条第二項に規定する学校設置会社及び同法第十三条第二項に規定する学校設置非営利法人
A juridical person that establishes an educational facility listed in items (viii) through (x) of the following Article.
次条第八号から第十号までに掲げる教育施設を設置する法人
