If the registration set forth under Article 19-23, paragraph (1) has ceased to be effective pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-23, paragraph (2) or Article 19-29, paragraph (2), or if the registration set forth under Article 19-23, paragraph (1) has been canceled pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency must delete the registration.
