Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Incidental to the Partial Amendment of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act
第十四条（出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the deportation of a person who committed an act in violation of the provisions of the Cannabis Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1 before the Effective Date and who is found guilty before or on or after the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に第一条改正前大麻法の規定に違反する行為を行い、施行日前又は施行日以後に有罪の判決を受けた者に対する退去強制については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 29Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二十九条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
