Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of August 1, 1952.
この法律は、昭和二十七年八月一日から施行する。
Orders established pursuant to the provisions of the former Immigration Agency Establishment Order that are in force at the time this Act comes into effect and for whose provisions the Immigration Control Order as amended by this Act contains corresponding provisions are deemed to have been established pursuant to the provisions of the Immigration Control Order as amended by this Act.
従前の入国管理庁設置令の規定に基き制定された命令でこの法律の施行の際現に効力を有するもののうち、この法律による改正後の出入国管理令にその規定に相当する規定があるものは、この法律による改正後の出入国管理令の規定に基き制定されたものとみなす。
