Supplementary Provisions
附 則
Of this Act, the provisions of Article 53 come into effect as of the date on which the Act on Summary Trial Procedures for Traffic Cases comes into effect, and the other parts come into effect as of the date on which the Police Act (Act No. 162 of 1954; excluding the part pertaining to the proviso to paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the same Act) comes into effect.
この法律中、第五十三条の規定は交通事件即決裁判手続法の施行の日から、その他の部分は、警察法（昭和二十九年法律第百六十二号。同法附則第一項但書に係る部分を除く。）の施行の日から施行する。
