Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 9 months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision in Article 1 amending Article 4, paragraph (1), item (ii), sub-item (a) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Freezing of Assets of International Terrorists Conducted by Japan Taking into Consideration United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 and Other Resolutions; the provisions of Articles 3 through 5; the provision in Article 6 amending Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds; and the provisions of Articles 6, 7, 9 and 10 and Article 15 (limited to the provision amending Article 3, item (xii) of the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code and Other Acts (Act No. 68 of 2022)) of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第一条中国際連合安全保障理事会決議第千二百六十七号等を踏まえ我が国が実施する国際テロリストの財産の凍結等に関する特別措置法第四条第一項第二号イの改正規定、第三条から第五条までの規定及び第六条中犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律第十三条第一項の改正規定並びに附則第六条、第七条、第九条、第十条及び第十五条（刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整理等に関する法律（令和四年法律第六十八号）第三条第十二号の改正規定に限る。）の規定 公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日
