Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1981.
この法律は、昭和五十六年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures
第二十条（経過措置）
Permission, authorization or any other disposition, or a contract or any other act (hereinafter referred to as a "disposition, etc." in this Article), made before this Act comes into effect by a national government organ affected by the amendments made by this Act pursuant to the provisions of a law or an order based on it, is, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, deemed to be a disposition, etc. made by the corresponding national government organ pursuant to the provisions of the respective laws as amended by this Act or orders based on them, or in accordance with the division of affairs under its jurisdiction based on those provisions.
この法律の施行前にしたこの法律による改正に係る国の機関の法律若しくはこれに基づく命令の規定による許可、認可その他の処分又は契約その他の行為（以下この条において「処分等」という。）は、政令で定めるところにより、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律若しくはこれに基づく命令の規定により又はこれらの規定に基づく所掌事務の区分に応じ、相当の国の機関のした処分等とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 21
第二十一条
An application, notification or any other act (hereinafter referred to as an "application, etc." in this Article) made before this Act comes into effect to a national government organ affected by the amendments made by this Act is, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, deemed to be an application, etc. made to the corresponding national government organ pursuant to the provisions of the respective laws as amended by this Act or orders based on them, or in accordance with the division of affairs under its jurisdiction based on those provisions.
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正に係る国の機関に対してした申請、届出その他の行為（以下この条において「申請等」という。）は、政令で定めるところにより、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律若しくはこれに基づく命令の規定により又はこれらの規定に基づく所掌事務の区分に応じ、相当の国の機関に対してした申請等とみなす。
