①The registered support organization must perform the support services based on a suitable support plan for specified skilled workers (i) pertaining to the entrustment of the services.

②The registered support organization must make a notification to the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency of the implementation status of the support services and other particulars specified in Ministry of Justice Order in accordance with the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.
