第二条（第一条の規定による証券取引法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 174 of the Securities and Exchange Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to violations prescribed in Article 174, paragraph (1) of the Securities and Exchange Act as so amended that commence on or after the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation of this Act.
第一条の規定による改正後の証券取引法第百七十四条の規定は、この法律の公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日以後に開始される同条第一項に規定する違反行為について適用する。
