第七条
The provisions of Article 27-3, paragraph (1), Article 27-6, paragraph (1), Article 27-8, paragraph (11), Article 27-11, paragraph (2) and Article 27-13, paragraph (1) of the New Securities and Exchange Act (including the case where these provisions apply mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-22-2, paragraph (2) of the New Securities and Exchange Act) and Article 198, item (ix) apply to the public notice of the commencement of a tender offer prescribed in Article 27-3, paragraph (2) of the New Securities and Exchange Act (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-22-2, paragraph (2) of the New Securities and Exchange Act) that is made on or after the date of enforcement of those provisions, and with regard to the public notice of the commencement of a tender offer prescribed in Article 27-3, paragraph (2) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-22-2, paragraph (2) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act) that is made before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新証券取引法第二十七条の三第一項、第二十七条の六第一項、第二十七条の八第十一項、第二十七条の十一第二項及び第二十七条の十三第一項（これらの規定を新証券取引法第二十七条の二十二の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）並びに第百九十八条第九号の規定は、これらの規定の施行の日以後に行う新証券取引法第二十七条の三第二項（新証券取引法第二十七条の二十二の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する公開買付開始公告について適用し、同日前に行う旧証券取引法第二十七条の三第二項（旧証券取引法第二十七条の二十二の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する公開買付開始公告については、なお従前の例による。
