附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 1982.
この省令は、昭和五十七年一月一日から施行する。
The Ministerial Order Specifying Particular Statuses of Residence and Their Periods of Stay (Ministry of Foreign Affairs Order No. 14 of 1952) is repealed.
特定の在留資格及びその在留期間を定める省令（昭和二十七年外務省令第十四号）は、廃止する。
A person who, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, is residing as a person falling under paragraph (1), item (ii) or (iv) of the Ministerial Order Specifying Particular Statuses of Residence and Their Periods of Stay prior to its repeal by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Ministerial Orders") is deemed to be residing as a person falling under Article 2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation"), and a person who is residing as a person falling under paragraph (1), item (iii) of the former Ministerial Orders is deemed to be residing as a person falling under Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the new Regulation.
この省令施行の際に、この省令による廃止前の特定の在留資格及びその在留期間を定める省令（以下「旧省令」という。）第一項第二号又は第四号に該当する者として在留している者は、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第二条第一項第二号に該当する者として在留しているものとみなし、旧省令第一項第三号に該当する者として在留している者は、新規則第二条第一項第三号に該当する者として在留しているものとみなす。
With regard to the status of residence and the period of stay of a person who, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, is residing as a person falling under paragraph (1), item (i) of the former Ministerial Orders, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令施行の際に、旧省令第一項第一号に該当する者として在留している者の在留資格及び在留期間については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the validity of the following, delivered, affixed as seals of verification, or issued before this Ministerial Order comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Order prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Regulation"), the provisions then in force continue to govern: the subpoena to a witness pursuant to Appended Form No. 8 of the former Regulation, the provisional landing permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 11, the certificate of receipt for money in custody pursuant to Appended Form No. 12, the written notice of confiscation of deposit pursuant to Appended Form No. 13, the landing permit for a port of call pursuant to Appended Form No. 14, the landing permit in transit for sightseeing pursuant to Appended Form No. 15, the landing permit for transfer to another vessel pursuant to Appended Form No. 16, the emergency landing permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 17, the landing permit due to disaster at sea pursuant to Appended Form No. 18, the seal of verification for permission for permanent residence pursuant to Appended Form No. 23, the re-entry permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 26, the seal of verification for re-entry pursuant to Appended Form No. 26-2, the subpoenas pursuant to Appended Form No. 27 (A, B and C), the written detention order pursuant to Appended Form No. 32, the written notice of findings pursuant to Appended Form No. 35, the certificate of release pursuant to Appended Form No. 37, the written special permission to stay pursuant to Appended Form No. 42, the written deportation order for a foreign national pursuant to Appended Form No. 43, the written notice of repatriation pursuant to Appended Form No. 44, the special release permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 45, the written permission for provisional release pursuant to Appended Form No. 47, the certificate of receipt for money in custody pursuant to Appended Form No. 48, the written revocation of provisional release pursuant to Appended Form No. 49 and the written notice of confiscation of deposit pursuant to Appended Form No. 50.
この省令施行前に、この省令による改正前の出入国管理令施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）の規定に基づき交付され、証印され、又は発付された旧規則別記第八号様式の証人呼出状、別記第十一号様式の仮上陸許可書、別記第十二号様式の保管金受領証書、別記第十三号様式の保証金没取通知書、別記第十四号様式の寄港地上陸許可書、別記第十五号様式の観光のための通過上陸許可書、別記第十六号様式の転船上陸許可書、別記第十七号様式の緊急上陸許可書、別記第十八号様式の水難上陸許可書、別記第二十三号様式の永住許可の証印、別記第二十六号様式の再入国許可書、別記第二十六号の二様式の再入国許可証印、別記第二十七号様式（甲、乙、丙）の呼出状、別記第三十二号様式の収容令書、別記第三十五号様式の認定通知書、別記第三十七号様式の放免証明書、別記第四十二号様式の在留特別許可書、別記第四十三号様式の外国人退去強制令書、別記第四十四号様式の送還通知書、別記第四十五号様式の特別放免許可書、別記第四十七号様式の仮放免許可書、別記第四十八号様式の保管金受領証書、別記第四十九号様式の仮放免取消書及び別記第五十号様式の保証金没取通知書の効力については、なお従前の例による。
Documents in the format of Appended Form No. 1, Appended Form No. 2, Appended Form No. 3, Appended Form No. 4, Appended Form No. 5, Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2, Appended Form No. 10, Appended Form No. 19, Appended Form No. 22-2, Appended Form No. 30, Appended Form No. 31 (A, B and C), Appended Form No. 34, Appended Form No. 38 and Appended Form No. 46 under the provisions of the former Regulation are, for the time being, deemed to be documents in the format of Appended Form No. 1, Appended Form No. 2, Appended Form No. 3, Appended Form No. 4, Appended Form No. 5, Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2, Appended Form No. 13, Appended Form No. 28, Appended Form No. 36, Appended Form No. 48, Appended Form No. 49 (A, B and C), Appended Form No. 52, Appended Form No. 57 and Appended Form No. 66 under the provisions of the new Regulation.
旧規則の規定による別記第一号様式、別記第二号様式、別記第三号様式、別記第四号様式、別記第五号様式、別記第六号様式、別記第六号の二様式、別記第十号様式、別記第十九号様式、別記第二十二号の二様式、別記第三十号様式、別記第三十一号様式（甲、乙、丙）、別記第三十四号様式、別記第三十八号様式及び別記第四十六号様式の書面は、当分の間、新規則の規定による別記第一号様式、別記第二号様式、別記第三号様式、別記第四号様式、別記第五号様式、別記第六号様式、別記第六号の二様式、別記第十三号様式、別記第二十八号様式、別記第三十六号様式、別記第四十八号様式、別記第四十九号様式（甲、乙、丙）、別記第五十二号様式、別記第五十七号様式及び別記第六十六号様式の書面とみなす。
