第三条（調整規定）
If the effective date of this Act is before the effective date of the Immigration Control Act Amendment Act, with regard to the application, during the period until the day before the effective date of the Immigration Control Act Amendment Act, of the provisions of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, the term "issuance of a specified residence card under Article 19-15-2, paragraph (6) of that Act, return of a specified residence card under Article 19-15-4, paragraph (2) of that Act, issuance of a residence card under paragraph (3) of that Article, that Act" in the item for row 40-2 of that Table is deemed to be replaced with "that Act", and the term ", return of a special permanent resident certificate under Article 16 of that Act, issuance of a specified special permanent resident certificate under Article 16-2, paragraph (7) of that Act, return of a specified special permanent resident certificate under Article 16-3, paragraph (2) of that Act, or issuance of a special permanent resident certificate under paragraph (3) of that Article" in the item for row 40-3 of that Table is deemed to be replaced with "or return of a special permanent resident certificate under Article 16 of that Act".
この法律の施行の日が入管法等改正法施行日前である場合には、入管法等改正法施行日の前日までの間における第二条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第一の規定の適用については、同表の四十の二の項中「同法第十九条の十五の二第六項の特定在留カードの交付、同法第十九条の十五の四第二項の特定在留カードの返納、同条第三項の在留カードの交付、同法」とあるのは「同法」と、同表の四十の三の項中「、同法第十六条の特別永住者証明書の返納、同法第十六条の二第七項の特定特別永住者証明書の交付、同法第十六条の三第二項の特定特別永住者証明書の返納又は同条第三項の特別永住者証明書の交付」とあるのは「又は同法第十六条の特別永住者証明書の返納」とする。
