Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Residential Basic Book Act
第九条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
During the period from the date of promulgation of this Act until the day before the effective date, in row 1-5 of Appended Table 2 and row 1-5 of Appended Table 4 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, the term "or the payment of the benefit for use of childcare facilities, etc. under Article 30-2 of that Act, or" is deemed to be replaced with "the payment,", and the term "implementation" is deemed to be replaced with "implementation, or the certification under Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act by the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing (Act No. 7 of 2019)".
この法律の公布の日から施行日の前日までの間においては、前条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第二の一の五の項及び別表第四の一の五の項中「若しくは同法第三十条の二の子育てのための施設等利用給付の支給又は」とあるのは「の支給、」と、「実施」とあるのは「実施又は子ども・子育て支援法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第七号）による同法附則第二条の認定」とする。
