Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment to the Residential Basic Book Act
第九条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
During the period from the date of promulgation of this Act until the day before the Effective Date, the term "Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers" in row 71-2 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan", and the term "the accreditation under Article 4, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "the equivalent accreditation under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions".
この法律の公布の日から施行日の前日までの間においては、前条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第一の七十一の二の項中「独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構」とあるのは「独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構」と、「第四条第一項の認定」とあるのは「附則第三条第一項の相当認定」とする。
