Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Civil Fines
第十一条（過料に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions concerning a civil fine to an act committed before the day this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日前にした行為に対する過料に関する規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
