Supplementary Provisions, Article 33Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Residential Basic Book Act
第三十三条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as revised under the provisions of the preceding Article, during the period from the day this Act comes into effect until the day preceding the effective date, in row 24 of that table, the term "the registration under Article 9" is deemed to be replaced with "the permission under Article 9, paragraph (1)"; the term "Article 13, paragraph (4)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 13"; the term ", Article 46, paragraph (3) of the same Act" is deemed to be replaced with "or Article 45, paragraph (3) of the same Act"; the term "Article 72, paragraph (2)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 54, paragraph (2)"; and the term ", concerning the authorization under Article 117, paragraph (1) of the same Act or the notification under Article 122, paragraph (5) of the same Act" is deemed to be replaced with "concerning".
この法律の施行の日から施行日の前日までの間における前条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第一の規定の適用については、同表の二十四の項中「第九条の登録」とあるのは「第九条第一項の許可」と、「第十三条第四項」とあるのは「第十三条」と、「、同法第四十六条第三項」とあるのは「又は同法第四十五条第三項」と、「第七十二条第二項」とあるのは「第五十四条第二項」と、「、同法第百十七条第一項の認定又は同法第百二十二条第五項の届出に関する」とあるのは「に関する」とする。
