Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 71 and 94, Article 97-2, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 106 and Article 108-2, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 108-3-2 of the Road Traffic Act, the provisions amending Article 110 and Article 112, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 113-3 of the Road Traffic Act, and the provisions amending Article 117-3, item (iii), Article 119, paragraph (1) and the Appended Table of the Road Traffic Act come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第七十一条、第九十四条、第九十七条の二第一項第二号、第百六条及び第百八条の二第一項の改正規定、第百八条の三の二の次に一条を加える改正規定、第百十条及び第百十二条第一項の改正規定、第百十三条の三の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第百十七条の三第三号、第百十九条第一項及び別表の改正規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
