Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act (other than Articles 2 and 3) comes into force on January 6, 2001; provided, however that the provisions set forth in the following items come into force on the dates prescribed therein:
この法律（第二条及び第三条を除く。）は、平成十三年一月六日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
Article 995 (but only the parts with a bearing on the amendment of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Regulation of Nuclear Source Material, Nuclear Fuel Material and Reactors), Article 1305, Article 1306, Article 1324, paragraph (2), Article 1326, paragraph (2), and Article 1344:the date of promulgation.
