This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. for the Improvement of the Operation of Government-Managed Pension Programs, etc. (April 1, 2016).
この政令は、政府管掌年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第七号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年四月一日）から施行する。
