Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 6-6 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3, item (ii), the provisions then in force continue to govern the scope of pupils or students in relation to the payment of National Pension premiums for a month on or before March 2007.
平成十九年三月以前の月分の国民年金の保険料の納付に係る生徒又は学生の範囲については、第三条第二号の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第六条の六の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
