This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1997.
この政令は、平成九年八月一日から施行する。
With regard to the suspension of payment of disability basic pensions, survivors' basic pensions and old-age welfare pensions for months up to and including July 1997, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成九年七月以前の月分の障害基礎年金、遺族基礎年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
