This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 1995.
この政令は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension, survivors' basic pension and old-age welfare pension for a month on or before March 1995.
平成七年三月以前の月分の障害基礎年金、遺族基礎年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
