附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 5-2, Article 6-4 and Article 6-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by this Cabinet Order and the provisions of the following paragraph apply from June 1, 1984.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、改正後の第五条の二、第六条の四及び第六条の五並びに次項の規定は、昭和五十九年六月一日から適用する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before May 1984.
昭和五十九年五月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
